Mo Cassara founded The Cassara Consulting Group, LLC in 2014 after more than 15 years’ work in collegiate athletics. The former Division I head basketball coach and current ESPN analyst has developed several engaging one-hour seminars for individual teams, administrators, coaches, and athletic department support staffs. Mo provides a revealing and retrospective journey through the lessons he learned in a story that is so relevant in today's athletic clture. These seminars and speaking engagements include frank and tangible discussions on how to balance the pressure to win with the importance of building or sustaining a program. Mo also discusses the significance of being a “student” for student-athletes and the need for character, culture and team leadership. The presentation also tackles topics including new issues facing college and high school athletics, the impact of social media, and dealing with today’s entitled athletes.
